Born in a war-torn country, I faced unimaginable challenges early in life. I lost my mother at the age of 7, and from 11 to 16, I lived in a refugee camp in Belgium—where survival was the only goal. With no safety net, no family, and no guidance, I entered adulthood at 16, completely on my own. I taught myself English, raised myself, and committed to chasing a future that no one else could envision for me.
In 2016, I discovered real estate investing. I had no credit, no capital, and no connections—only grit. My first deal was a pre-foreclosure assignment that earned me $68,000. That single transaction became the catalyst. In my first full year, I made $115,000. As my skills grew, so did my deals—some netting over $100,000 in profit.
Today, I serve as the CEO of B.O.O.M Equity Ventures, a real estate development company focused on building luxury homes and multi-family communities. I’ve evolved from wholesaling and flipping to ground-up development—designing spaces that create long-term value, equity, and generational wealth.
With over 100+ real estate transactions and millions in deal volume, I specialize in creative finance strategies—leveraging subject-to, seller financing, and hybrid deal structures to help others break through traditional financial barriers.
To give back, I launched a private online school, dedicated to educating and empowering aspiring real estate investors—especially those from the African diaspora—to build generational wealth through knowledge, tools, and access.
